Week 1 Initial Consult (60mins) includes:

  • A thorough assessment of what you’re currently eating to support your training program and goals. Please complete our food and exercise diary for 1 week prior to your consultation and bring with you an outline of your weekly training program.
  • Goal setting and strategy based on your key upcoming races
  • A performance focused individualised meal plan to help you achieve your goals. We'll give you specific advice for what to eat pre-training depending on the type of session, post-training to optimise your recovery nutrition, and how to eat for different training days across the week.
  • Body composition assessment with skin folds including a detailed report and advice on optimising for performance and racing.

Week 2 Review (30mins)

  • Education around periodised nutrition. If you’re training is not the same each day, your food shouldn’t be either.
  • 2 free Dietitian Approved athlete friendly recipes from our database

Week 4 Review (45mins)

  • Feedback on how the past month has gone with tweaks and adjustments of your meal plan if required and further goal setting for the next 8 weeks.
  • Healthy snack ideas and how to change these for different training days
  • Repeat skin fold assessment with feedback and detailed report 

Week 6 Review (30mins)

  • Long ride nutrition plan: pre, during and after to support the big weekend sessions and help you back up again to run long tomorrow.

Week 8 (45mins)

  • Long run nutrition plan – how to fuel on your feet
  • Repeat skin fold assessment with feedback and detailed report

Week 10 (30mins)

  • Carbohydrate loading. What is it, how to do it properly and a specific plan for you based on your key event. Must be practiced in training prior to your race

Week 12 (45mins)

  • Individualised race day nutrition advice. Includes pre-race nutrition, intake targets for the bike and run with specific products to trial and specific gut training protocol. Please let us know if you would like a detailed race nutrition plan for your event for an additional charge.
  • Repeat Skin folds
  • Further goal setting to help you have the best season yet

50% of payment due up front prior to your first consultation with the remaining 50% due halfway at week 6.
We’ll book each of your appointments in the diary when booking your initial consultation.
If you have dietitian cover, you can claim your consultations on private health.

Please note: we have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you forfeit that appointment.
