450g medjool dates
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbs chia seeds
30g natural protein powder – we used Venom WPI
1tsp peppermint essence
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined. Continue mixing until the mixture forms one big ball. If needed, add 1 tsp of water at a time to help this along.
2. Roll into 45 little balls ~10g each.
3. Freeze so you don't eat them all at once!
Tip: Try different flavour essences for a variety of flavour options
